it says the cutoff is august 29 but that is a lie! it is open as long as I leave it open, which will be as long as....all this goes on....so maybe another year???? anyways you can still sign up.
also so many second and third pen pal matches i hear are being made in the DMs...people finding other people through the tag and sending them a tentative note like "can we be pen pals?" big first day of summer camp trying to make a new friend energy! here for it!
also a note: elfster has a "mark gift as sent" option (here the "gift" is a letter...nothing else required!). If you check that when you send your first letter, your person knows to expect something and then can follow up if the postal service loses the letter....not uncommon
anyways worth checking the box just so if nothing ever arrives the person can follow up! ok go forth
