WMATA has decided not to conduct a full Title VI Equity Analysis as the agency proposes budget cuts that could potentially impact transit-dependent riders.

@FTA_DOT should update its guidance to require any transit agency who decides not to conduct a full Title Vi Analysis, publicly report their decision. The public should know if transit agencies are waiving riders' rights under the law. #TransitEquity #TitleVI
