WMATA has decided not to conduct a full Title VI Equity Analysis as the agency proposes budget cuts that could potentially impact transit-dependent riders. To date, the Board has taken great strides to address issues related to Transit Equity, however, the decision to not conduct a full Title VI Equity Analysis remains problematic, speaking on behalf of myself.
