Ooh, I can actually decode the gibberish the bigot under discussion here is spewing forth, and maybe people who indulge me here will learn something new and important on the side.

Two significant facts:

2- Medications affect men and women differently.

Another significant fact:
3- Bigots are unable to process certain facts, because they contradict their baseless dogma.

Particularly relevant baseless dogma here, the irrational conviction that trans women are actually men. As this fantasy directly contradicts the reality of our

first fact, bigots convince themselves that every time someone asserts this fact, rather than stating a fact, they are stating a slogan, which is not to be read literally but instead taken to mean "trans women are men who we should all pretend are women to be nice to them." Which

is a ridiculous thing to reinterpret a very plainly stated fact as, but when you're desperate to deny the truth staring you in the face, and the only people you ever talk to are bigots who have trained themselves to use weird code words and dog whistles for literally everything,

it's enough to calm your brain down. You also get really practiced at automatically substituting the translations of code words every time you think you see those code words.

So even a regular person, existing in reality and without a brain completely rotten by bigoted gibberish

MUST know what the words "trans women are women" REALLY mean, and if someone says that while also admitting that men and women need separate trials for new medications has been caught in some sort of gotcha contradiction, and it's time to shout checkmate.

At which point everyone

who lives in reality stares blankly and scratches their heads at the completely delusional bigot who just presented an excellent proof against their whole ideology and somehow thinks that's a win.

Because the REASON that different medications affect men and women differently is

the concentrations of certain hormones in the bloodstream can have very different effects on anything else that you are adding to the system. I am not going to give a simplified example of this, because this is not a simple thing. You've got big chonky molecules like these which

do a whole lot of things with a whole lot of other things and like none of it is pass/fail, so you just kinda have to test things out in subjects with different ratios of these and several other factors and actually work out case by case how everything plays out in drug trials.

And of course, one of the many many things these here wild partying molecules do is cause some small percentage of women to be born trans. Some number of hormones either end up being produced in the wrong quantities, or not interacting the way they're supposed to, which causes

weird things to happen like hair growing in with the wrong thickness and concentration and skin oiliness and where fat gets deposited and how gonadal protoforms should develop and a bunch of other things, which then lead to nasty neurochemical interactions and people mistaking us

for guys.

But then medical transition, that concept that bigots manage to simultaneously insist simply is not real and cannot happen, while also dedicating huge chunks of their time to try and make illegal and inaccessible, corrects those imbalances and some peskier lingering

effects.

And of course, once those corrections have been made, the bodies of trans women look and function just like cis women's, so if say, some popular drug was only tested on men and has a huge risk of causing heart attacks in women, it is very important to remember both that

1- Trans women are women.
and
2- Medications affect men and women differently.

Which is why responsible medical people will stress both of those. Which again, directly contradict bigoted dogma, so, here we are looking at this complete gibberish meltdown I'm explaining.
