Omidyar wouldn't fund directly to governments, so it chooses two different paths, first funding front organizations that serve governments and secondly funding bottom level, mostly autonomous, government bodies. (2/14)

The truth behind 13th July 1931 incident

Communal tension have been increasing in Kashmir due to increasing demand of Pakistan. Ripple effect of the same can be heard from the Kashmir as well.

Might as well be.

By not being in govt he tried perceive as King Maker but forcing him to be in govt that too at sub-post is like showing him "We are the boss, not you", it lowers his strature to downgrade.

They should have asked someone else to be a part of govt.
One logic is that Shah didn't want raise aspirations of any other person by giving him Dy CMship for 2.5 yrs. So he chose Fadnavis.
Or he was asked to do it at last moment and was announced on TV by Nadda and Tweet was done by Shah so Fadnavis didn't wanted to hurt party image so he chose to go along.
