Myself (Kristina) and my husband, Paul, set up Romney Marsh Wools in 2009, based on a firm belief that we wanted to raise awareness of all the benefits that British wool can bring.

The Romney sheep have been in the family for at least 6 generations and our current numbers are around 1,200 Romney ewes & 150 Merinos.

We work with some of the very best British makers to produce a range of wool products including hats & clothing, fleece & yarn, knitting kits, throws & cushions and even toiletries.

We’re extremely proud to be flying the flag for British wool and looking forward to explaining more about why wool is such a fantastic, natural material as well as showing you a few more of our products over the coming days.
