The sanction on Libya affected the Shipping industry so I had to look for a job and was asked by The Housing and infrastructure Minister Khalifa Breidan "Tribe of Dan"👉Deep State ,to work with them"Municipality of Benghazi " and operate a New Asphalt Marini Plant as a challenge 
to my engineering Knowledge as I thought at the time ,to find later it was all planned to have me involved with the black color of the Asphalt ..I started to work for them in the summer of 2003 ,I was very successful ,and managed to operate it manually and automatically
controlled by computer ,and produced samples in different colors ,but they insisted on Black.
I managed to work so many projects in down town Benghazi ,and asphalted most of the main roads in which they destroyed after 2011 invasion .

This man Khalifa Breidan is a Criminal and is a big name in the Deep State Intelligent ,and confiscated most of my Grandfather & William Wallace's lands ..
In 2010 I filed law suits against him and his cabal .
2020 he is under heavy investigation ,and now in prison .
