PENCE, by contrast, thanks Susan Page & the debate commission, & acknowledges HARRIS, saying "it's a privilege to be on the stage with you."

Then pivots to calling out BIDEN for opposing Chinese travel suspension.

SUSAN PAGE's question so far are incredibly incisive -- cutting, but fair.

And she is doing a great job controlling the debate, though of course it's a lot easier to control PENCE and HARRIS, than to control TRUMP.

Did KAMALA HARRIS answer the question about whether she has talked to BIDEN about what they would do if he was incapacitated?

If so, I missed it.

PENCE also didn't directly answer the question about whether he & TRUMP discussed what they would do if he was incapacitated.
