Biden & Harris said before the convention they'd ban ALL fracking (in Biden's case all "new" fracking) and did not exempt private property---where most fracking takes place in the swing state of Pennsylvania.
This isnt fact checking, it's covering up for your favored candidate
1/ I tried looking for ownership of that "jewel of a log cabin" Park City-area residence 👇👇belonging to $OSTK ex-CEO Patrick Byrne, mentioned in a Wired piece by the court stenographer @CadeMetz. And guess what? He is registered to vote at a Park City office building.
@CadeMetz 2) He used to have some property under his own name----but transferred it a "Haverford" corporate entity some years ago. "Haverford" pops up in $OSTK-related filings now and then as a Byrne-owned entity.
But not to worry---none of this will help if the SEC comes knocking.
@CadeMetz 3) Oh I should mention that the office building where he is registered to vote is owned by a "Haverford" entity. Say, is it kosher to give an office building, a non-residence, as a voting address?

1) Frequently I'm asked what motivated $OSTK shill Marc Cohodes to flush his reputation down the toilet by pumping Overstock. Why would a self-styled "fraud buster" not only endorse a fraud, but slobber over a notoriously dishonest and wacky CEO? Just look at his tweets.
2) Note this tweet. CEO Patrick Byrne, an expert con man, exploited his rage at $GS. His Copper River fund collapsed in 2008 because of his own mismanagement--a swap that blew up in his face. Cohodes, rather than take responsibility, blamed Goldman web.archive.org/web/2010012318…
3) In 2016, Cohodes, who nowadays likes to project a "progressive" image, endorsed the far-right $OSTK Chairman J. Johnson for Utah governor. This was shortly after a scathing Daily Beast story that prompted an attack on the Beast writer in Deep Capture.web.archive.org/web/2016050108…
