Portland protest day 123

Police arrest almost everyone. No unlawful assembly declared.
The protest lasted minutes. Police arrested most of the demonstrators.
Police gave warning to get on the sidewalk. Police will release the charges in a few hours, but it is clear protestors were standing in the street chanting. Nothing thrown, no unlawful assembly announced.
Police end the protest by arresting almost everyone.
I am out of north Portland.
Portland police estimate 75 people attending.

Police arrive at Kenton park apropos of nothing. Protestor we’re staging here before marching to the protest site. police didn’t declare an unlawful assmebly or any orders, they just moved through the park to “take a walk” one officer said
