So what CAN and CANNOT be done during the CMCO period that starts this midnight till the 27th?

1) Movement in and out across districts and states involving PKPB areas is not allowed except for emergency cases such as illness and funeral where g a movement application is needed to be submitted to PDRM.

2) Employees are allowed to cross districts and states provided they have a valid employee pass or letter of permission from the employer. For employees from the same district, they do not need to submit an employer letter or employee pass.

3) For those who need to go through the state of Selangor and Kuala Lumpur to other states, they are advised to get permission from the nearest police station before making the trip.

4) Air travels through KLIA, KLIA2 and Subang, will require a permission from the Police.

5) All business, economic and industrial activities can continue.

6)Restaurants, shops / food stalls, food trucks, roadside hawkers, food court / kiosks, grocery stores and convenience stores are allowed to operate between 6.00 am to 10.00 pm.

7)Food purchases are encouraged through drive-thru, delivery or take-away only. Dining in is allowed but it is limited to 2 people/table with SOP in place.

8)Daily market operations are allowed between 6.00 am to 2.00 pm only.

9)Wholesale market operations are between 4.00 am to 2.00 pm only.

10) Farmers market operation is between 6.00 am to 12.00 noon

11)Night market operations are between 4.00 pm to 10.00 pm

12) The operation of farmers' markets and night markets is allowed with strict SOPs in place as well as supervision of RELA members.

13) Gas Station operating hours are between 6.00 am to 10.00 pm (except for the operation of the Petrol Station on the highway which allowed to operate 24 hours)

14) Public transport services such as bus stops, express busses, LRT, taxi / e-hailing are allowed to operate.

15) Taxi / e-hailing service, (maximum only 2 passengers) and food delivery are allowed to operate from 6.00 am to 12.00 midnight.

16) For company vehicles, they can carry passengers as previously scheduled.

17) Government and private clinic and hospital are allowed to operate 24 hours.

18) Pharmacies and drug stores can operate from 8.00 am to 11.00 pm.

19) All vehicles related to industry, business, manufacturing are allowed to operate as usual including crossing
districts and states.

20) Fisheries, plantation, agriculture, livestock and everything related to the food chain are allowed to operate.

21) All leisure, recreational and cultural activities are not allowed.

22) Entertainment activities include a nightclub or pub, center recreation, theme parks, indoor playgrounds and cinemas are not allowed.

23) Individual sports activities, e-sports, non-contact sports and outdoor sports not exceeding 10 people are ALLOWED.

24) Swimming pool activities, physical contact, fighting sports and organizing sports / tournaments are NOT ALLOWED.

25) sports events and competitions in the presence of spectators, and sports events and competitions involving participants from abroad are NOT ALLOWED.

26) Public & Private Higher Education Institutes, Skills Training Institutes, schools, kindergartens, nurseries, tahfiz centers and care centers are closed during this period.

27) However, for school students, IPTA, IPTS who take exams with institutions abroad, they are allowed to attend to sit for exams only and not for learning sessions.

28) Seminars / Workshops / Courses / Training / Conferences / Talks and activities related to Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (MICE) are not allowed. In-service training in progress can be implemented only in the training area.

29) Meetings should be held in video conferencing while face-to-face meetings are not recommended.

30) Govt and private official and Informal Ceremonies, Social events such as feasts, weddings and engagements, aqiqah ceremonies, prayers for peace, tahlil, birthday celebrations, reunions and other social gatherings are not allowed.

31) All tourism activities to and fro the PKPB area are not allowed.
