Corporates, Govt Orgs, PSUs and quasi state agencies ought to be careful on the kind of commentary they offer on society, it's practices and prevailing discourse !
1
Whether it's secularism, oneness or multiplicity of stakeholders in nationalism.
Whether it TV Commercials, posters, radio jingles, short videos, or tweets.
They must stick to their brief on designated role or product.
2
Build your own brand, stick to centreline. Do not enter social commentary space without gauzing collateral related issues, it might blow up holes in the theory, don't over-secularise. Do not profess too much of constitutionalism either.
3
Most of the Decision Making Framework has no real knowledge of Ground Zero of society.
Bollywood thought it could profess merely and through on screen discourse and withdraw any info on its own negative backyard, it totally backfired.
4
Corporates similarly may have this issue of looking for a role in societal discourse, no, the primary focus has to be maximizing shareholder value, once that happens, spend the wealth where you want to, through personal funds or even CSR. But selling is different ballgame.
5
Next comes orgs who have been shouting from rooftops about secularism and constitutionalism.
As entities where induction is based on reservations and most structures based on caste composition, secularism is nothing but fashionable untruth.
6
Civilisational Values are the base of any constitution, and not vice versa.
Germany and Japan have a forced Constitution, Britain has none !
Civilisational Values are supreme, not Constitution per se !
7
In our case, Constitution committee was overseen by Dr Rajendra Prasad. He accepted to oversee it on d condition of it being based on Panchayati System, but the majority of drafters were Britain Returned Lawyers and the final thing was Westminster System.
8
When the final draft landed with Dr Rajender Prasad, he wrote to Dr BhimRao Ambedkar thrice that this is not based on Indic System.
After being written to thrice in nearly six months, Ambedkar merely stated that it's too late to align it with Panchayati System.
