GRS team members Kris Paronto, @JohnTiegen, @MarkGeistSWP and "Jack Silva" were presented with NEW non-disclosure agreements when they attended a ceremony at CIA headquarters in Langley, VA honoring their slain friends Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty on 5/21/13. (1/5)
Shortly before the service began, a CIA representative approached the 4 men and led them away from the public gathering space near the CIA museum through one office, then through another, until they finally arrived at a back room far removed from the ceremony. (2/5)
When the door shut behind them, a CIA official handed each man a small packet of papers and with very little explanation asked them, one by one, to review and sign the documents. As the men began to read the papers it did not take long to realize that they were NDAs. (3/5)
The GRS team members quickly concluded that being made to sign the new NDAs was meant to send a message. But the men quickly signed the papers, in part because they were already covered by existing NDAs and in part so that they wouldn’t be late for the memorial ceremony. (4/5)
Tanto was upset that they were asked to sign the NDAs without lawyers or anyone outside the CIA with them. “It was very odd, since I hadn’t signed one in 6 years and then had to sign 2 in a few months. And when I say ‘odd’ I mean of course we were under ‘pressure’ to sign.” (5/5)

4 months after GRS team members were made to sign new NDAs in an attempt to silence them, then-CIA Director John Brennan wrote a letter to congressional oversight committees denying even presenting the #Benghazi survivors with NDAs to sign. (1/8) Image
Responding to the question “Has any officer, either staff of contractor, been required to sign any non-disclosure agreement because of their presence at Benghazi or their participation in any activity related to the Benghazi attacks?” Brennan falsely answered "No." (2/8)
Brennan and his defenders changed their story each time their previous claims proved difficult to defend, digging themselves a deeper hole lie after lie: (3/8)
