Going back to the Queen all of these people here and others all came from different households yet NONE of them are wearing a mask near the Queen! Now think about it, we are all told if we do that we will kill granny yet all of these people are around a 94 year old WITHOUT MASKS! 
They may be outside, but they go inside, they may have isolated but apparently coroni can leap off of plastic or linger on plastic etc, if I test negative can I go and see my elderly relatives in a care home if I stay 2m away from them?
So let's put this theory to the test yeah So I and the people i wish to visit have tested negative, isolated for 2 weeks, going to keep 2m away, we're going to be outside can I now go see my elderly relatives in their homes or care homes? By your suggested logic yes I can
