‘The Emails Are Russian’ Will Be The Narrative, Regardless Of Facts Or Evidence
"Joe Biden could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and the mainstream press would crucify any journalist who so much as tweeted about it." caityjohnstone.medium.com/the-emails-are…
Fight it all you want, but there’s nothing you can do. “The emails are Russian” is going to be the official dominant narrative in mainstream political discourse, and there’s nothing you can do to stop is. Resistance is futile.
This is happening. It’s following the same formula all the other fact-free Russia hysteria narratives have followed. The same media tour by pundits and political operatives saying with no evidence but very assertive voices that Russia is most certainly behind this occurrence.
This narrative is being streamlined into the American consciousness with very little inertia, despite the fact that neither Joe nor Hunter Biden has disputed the authenticity of the emails and despite a complete absence of evidence for Russian involvement in their publication.
Last month The Spectator’s Stephen L Miller described how the consensus formed among the mainstream press since Clinton’s 2016 loss that it is their moral duty to be uncritical of Trump’s opponent.
This means this narrative is going to become mainstream orthodoxy and treated as an established fact, despite the fact that there is no actual, tangible evidence for it.
Joe Biden could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and the mainstream press would crucify any journalist who so much as tweeted about it.
Very little journalism is going into vetting and challenging Biden, and a great deal of the energy that would normally be doing so is going into ensuring that he slides right into the White House.
If news media actually reported the news truthfully and in proportion to its actual importance, Russiagate would never have happened, everyone would be aware of the rapidly escalating danger of dying by nuclear war, and Trump would be asked about Yemen in every press conference.
But the mainstream news does not exist to tell you the truth about the world. The mainstream news exists to advance the interests of its wealthy owners and the status quo upon which they have built their kingdoms.

No Real Change Can Come If Speech Is Restricted By Monopolistic Oligarchs
"People will continue to be successfully propagandized as long as a critical mass are prevented from viewing ideas & information which contradict establishment-friendly narratives." caitlinjohnstone.substack.com/p/no-real-chan…
In a great new article titled "Facebook and Twitter Cross a Line Far More Dangerous Than What They Censor" on the cross-platform silencing of The New York Post's publication of Hunter Biden's emails, @ggreenwald writes the following: theintercept.com/2020/10/15/fac…
Greenwald is correct. The increasingly iron-fisted internet censorship we've seen rolled out over the last four years has consistently targeted groups that are oppositional to the status quo with which monopolistic Silicon Valley megacorporations have aligned themselves.
We set out to prove the bank boys wrong,
to prove the nihilists wrong,
to prove the preachers wrong,
to prove our mothers wrong,
to prove our brain gremlins wrong. caityjohnstone.medium.com/point-ponde-68…
We took with us only our saturated dreamcatchers
and the slugs from our gardens
and a sack full of clanging sounds
and the smell of wet, rusted metal.
I could sing of our adventures until my throat turns to dust
and my eyes are but mythstones on the mantlepiece of my lover.
But here I will tell you of the night we followed the fruit bats
on a clitoral gust up to Point Ponde
and met the angels.
Imagine If MSM Consistently Applied The Evidentiary Standards It’s Applying To Hunter Biden’s Emails
"A world where all news stories are held to the same evidentiary standards as Hunter Biden’s emails are being held would be a world without empire." caityjohnstone.medium.com/imagine-if-msm…
Mainstream media and social media platforms are actively blacking out an October surprise published by The New York Post which purports to show “smoking gun” emails from the laptop of Hunter Biden, son of Democratic nominee Joe Biden.
Twitter claims the emails were in violation of its policies banning content which contained private information and its rules against “hacked materials”, both of which would have forbidden all articles sharing the contents of the 2016 WikiLeaks drops.
The most powerful government on earth has still yet to have a single presidential election that doesn’t feature a prominent candidate who supported one of the most evil things that government has ever done.
Yet there have been no consequences for it. No real changes of any kind were made to American military, governmental, political or media institutions to ensure that a similar atrocity never happens again,
