@DrEricDing I was 32 when I got covid working the front lines in nyc in April. Prior to it, I was running 5+miles a day plus other exercise. It all changed starting 4/12/2020. It started with a fever. And they didn’t subside until 7/28. (1)
@DrEricDing I had cardiac, neurological, rheumatological, dermatological, and pulmonary symptoms as well. I had to be followed by 5 specialists including infectious disease. I had all sorts of tests done. The fevers stopped on 7/28 but I am still not back to normal. I still can’t run. (2)
@DrEricDing I am always fatigued. I still get ‘covid’ rashes and experience weakness in my legs. I am now 33. I’ve never been so sick in my life as I was during those 4 months. I wish more people took this seriously. For those who aren’t physicians or healthcare workers going through it (3)
@DrEricDing it must be extremely difficult. Sure I had always had to deal with patient’s insurances but had never been at the other end while sick too. I discovered a healthcare system so difficult to navigate and full of frustration. If it was that hard for me, as a doctor, (4)
@DrEricDing I can only imagine what it is like for others. We need change. We need people who take this threat seriously. To see Trump and his supporters make such light of this situation is such a shot in the gut. Not only because of what I went/am going through (5)
@DrEricDing But also because of what I witnessed here in NYC firsthand. So much death. People dying alone. A healthcare system stretched beyond its limits. NO ONE should have to ever go through this experience again. Please everyone vote. Make change.(6) #TrumpVirus#BidenHarrisToSaveAmerica
