The #NintendoLeaks "ios-releases.tar" archive contains a lot of Wii IOS builds, including prototype ones.

It also contains Nintendo Game Boy Advance/DS stuff.

A Nintendo DS demo named "SoftKeyboard" can be found in this path:
It resembles Nintendo DSi's touch keyboard and the filename has a date of 08 May 2006, about 2 years before the DSi's launch in Japan.

This demo can be run in any Nintendo DS emulator (e.g. DeSmuME).
X button toggles Shift/Maiusc and Y button can be used to change the keyboard (there are no tabs on the top of it compared to the final version).
The manual confirms the date:
Interestingly it's part of the Nintendo DS SDK (NITRO-SDK), but I couldn't find somebody else talking about it

Left = SoftKeyboard-060508[.]srl
Right = Final Nintendo DSi (Source: Official Nintendo Website)

The player can press keys on the keyboard in SoftKeyboard-060508[.]srl, but no sound can be heard.
1: \dsdemo\dsdemo[.]srl
2: \launcher\launch[.]srl

Two other compiled Nintendo DS demos can be found.

If the player touches the Touch Screen, they draw a square with a + in it around the point touched.
About the Nintendo DS demos, as the upper screen stays always black in the SoftKeyboard-060508[.]srl and always white in the dsdemo[.]srl and launch[.]srl I decided to crop it.

They all have an internal name of "NINTENDO NTRJ01" (remember "paladin.7z\Dungeon\fushigi2[.]srl"?)
Unlike fushigi2[.]srl, the other ".srl"s have a not blank Nintendo DS banner icon and description:
In "ios-releases.tar" there are at least 312 folders named "pki_data".

They contain a lot of AES/ECC/RSA Wii-related key pairs (public + private).

Their subfolder "arcade" contain what appears to be TMD/Ticket signing key pairs for Virtual Console Arcade third-party companies:
