The FBI’s subpoena of a laptop and hard drive purportedly belonging to Hunter Biden came in connection with a money laundering investigation in late 2019 according to documents obtained by Fox News and verified by multiple federal law enforcement officials
foxnews.com/politics/lapto…
It is unclear, at this point, whether the investigation is ongoing or if it was directly related to Hunter Biden.
Multiple federal law enforcement officials, as well as two separate government officials, confirmed the authenticity of these documents, which were signed by FBI Special Agent Joshua Wilson.
Wilson did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.

One of the documents, obtained by Fox News, was designated as an FBI “Receipt for Property” form, which details the bureau’s interactions with John Paul Mac Isaac
The document has a “Case ID” section, which is filled in with a hand-written number: 272D-BA-3065729.
The FBI’s website, “272” is the bureau’s classification for money laundering, while “272D” refers to “Money Laundering, Unknown SUA [Specified Unlawful Activity]—White Collar Crime Program,” according to FBI documents. One official described “272D” as “transnational or blanket.”
“BA” indicates the case was opened in the FBI’s Baltimore field office, sources said.

The documents state that the subpoena was carried out in Wilmington, Del., which falls under the jurisdiction of the FBI’s Baltimore Field Office.
“The FBI cannot open a case without predication, so they believed there was predication for criminal activity,” a government official told Fox News. “This means there was sufficient evidence to believe that there was criminal conduct.”
Another document, obtained by Fox News, was a subpoena sent to Isaac to testify before U.S. District Court in Delaware on Dec. 9, 2019. One page of the subpoena shows what appears to be serial numbers for a laptop and hard drive taken into possession.
Based on the date of the subpoena, an official told Fox News that the case would have been opened prior to Isaac's subpoena.
“If a criminal case was opened and subpoenas were issued, that means there is a high likelihood that both the laptop and hard drive contain fruits of criminal activity,” the official said.

The report from Republicans on the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee says that officials at the GSA contacted the FBI on Feb. 15, 2017 to inquire whether they should preserve documents related to Michael Flynn.

dailycaller.com/2020/10/23/gen…
The FBI accepted the offer from GSA, according to the Senate report.

Republicans say GSA violated the terms of its agreement with the Trump campaign to destroy campaign and transition records at the beginning of Donald Trump’s term.
“At bottom the GSA and the FBI undermined the transition process by preserving Trump transition team records contrary to the terms of the memorandum of understanding, hiding that fact from the Trump transition team, and refusing to provide the team with copies of its own records"

The Obama-Biden administration approved the sale of a strategically sensitive Michigan manufacturer, Henniges Automotive, to a firm connected to Hunter, & a Chinese military contractor that was on an American watch list because of its close ties to the PLA
breitbart.com/politics/2020/…
Hunter Biden’s equity fund, backed by the Communist Chinese government, and the Chinese contractor, Aviation Industry Corporation, needed special approval for the deal from the Committee of Foreign Investment because Henniges produced technology with potential military use.
AVIC entities have been sanctioned by the United States on five separate occasions since 1993 and the addition to the watch list–a major red flag—occurred less than a year-and-a-half before they co-purchased Henniges with Hunter Biden’s BHR.

Hunter's email account appears to show that Joe Biden used the pseudonym "Peter Henderson" when emailing his family.

thenationalpulse.com/breaking/exc-i…
While Biden has his real name attached to his private account for some time, it changed around early 2016, going from “Joseph Biden” to “Peter Henderson” in Hunter’s e-mails.
It is unclear whether this change was on Hunter’s end (on his devices) or on Joe’s, but Peter Henderson’s e-mails included messages such as “Keep in touch, Love Dad” and shared links often about Hillary Clinton.

Tony Bobulinski released a statement on Wednesday evening backing up the reporting of the New York Post and claims that he personally witnessed Democrat presidential nominee former Vice President Joe Biden discussing business deals with Hunter Biden

breitbart.com/politics/2020/…
Sources familiar with the matter told Breitbart News that Bobulinski is whose allegations and inside information are the centerpiece of a forthcoming investigation by the Wall Street Journal.
Bobulinski’s statement also seemingly authenticates at least one of the bombshell emails obtained by the New York Post purportedly from Hunter Biden’s laptop retrieved from a computer repair store in Delaware.
