I have interacted with Edu for a few months now. He lives in the streets and we occasionally talk about cars He is extremely enthusiastic about performance cars. I'll thread a video of him just talking. See the last video in the thread for more info.
He seems like a well educated man to me. I'm sure he can be helped. I have posted these videos with his full consent. If you can help, please DM me. I think he just needs an opportunity to turn his life around.
How we started talking. Edu is usually based hapo Muthithi Road Westlands. I used to lenga him all the time last year(not great, I admit). He drew my attention when one day he just saw my car and shouted 'Nice Evo Man!'. So tukaanza kuongea ongea kiasi early this year.
Covid struck and we closed the office, didn't see him for a couple of months. Then more recently we started talking for like a minute or two in traffic. Ofcourse he asks for money and I give.
But I think he needs a more permanent solution. Hopefully by sharing this he will get it. In case you want to contact him directly, you can find him on Mpesi Lane off Muthithi Road on most days.

Edu man. I don't know where to start. He is a smart guy. He is learned and comprehends issues so well! Anyway, we managed to find his relatives in Nairobi. I cannot disclose the location for his mental wellbeing. The sister was in tears when she saw him
He has a place to stay for now. He can clean up and have a change of clothes. That was our first priority. We are in talks with car yard owners and garage owners for jobs and opportunities. We're scheduling a few meetings
There a dentist by the name Kinyanjui who has offered to carry out a free dental procedure on him. (God bless you Kinyanjui). As you probably saw, he doesn't have his front teeth. He wants to get that sorted chap chap.
