Our COVID-19 contracts list is not comprehensive, and can be improved. We want the public to use this data set as a starting point in holding the government accountable for their response to the pandemic.

If you want to help The Citizens to improve this data, get in touch via DM and tell us you are willing to help. We can assign you tasks, such as collecting data on the net assets or addresses of the companies in our list.
As well as the list of contracts we have gathered, we are starting to build up a second list of the companies who won them, which will help us to form a picture of which companies have been favoured by public bodies and whether these companies can fulfil their contracts.
We need your help to improve this list by manually collecting some data which cannot be automatically scraped from the web. For example, the Net Assets of the companies or addresses of companies not listed on Companies House.
If you want access to the separate list of companies, get in touch via Direct Message and we will assign you a tranche of companies to look up information on.
We have done our best to make sure the data is as accurate as possible, but if we missed anything, or made any mistakes, please DM us to let us know, and we will update our data.
We will be updating our lists of contracts and companies on a daily basis with your help, so please check back and download the latest version of the data. Let’s crowdsource the most comprehensive and accurate dataset on COVID-19 contracts in the UK.
