#LondonsCommunityKitchen 🍅 have a highly impressive operation, serving thousands of people every week - anyone can turn up to The Bridge next to Harrow Leisure Centre (no referral needed)
@140Harrow on Vaughan Road 🌳 run a free food shop on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9:30AM and 10:30AM for essential food and toiletries (no referral needed)
@HarrowFoodBank1 provide emergency food parcels to those in need (Harrow.foodbank.org.uk/get-help/ to find out about a referral)
During half term, North Harrow’s @redcupcafeuk ☕️ will provide a free packed lunch to families in need of support - get in contact: eat@redcupcafe.co.uk
