HOW WE CAN BRING AN END TO THE ANGLOPHONE CRISIS IN MY OPINION!

1. First we need to differentiate the Anglophone Problem (Marginalization of the Anglophones by the government) and the Anglophone Crisis (War of secession between SC separatists aka Amba and Cameroon Military)..

2. Ending the Crisis is ending the war between Amba and Military. And why must this end, because we the Southern Cameroonians are the people loosing; loosing our lives, our economy, our communities etc. No other party is loosing much...

3. Next we all need to accept certain hard truths and realities;
i. NO GOVERNMENT IN THE WORLD NEGOTIATES WITH TERRORISTS OR ARMED SECESSIONISTS. There may never be a day you hear of a conference paneled by Government and Anglophone Leaders (Amba Leaders).

ii. The Anglophone Crisis is more like a war, and a war can only end if one party surrenders or is defeated. Either the Cameroon military gives or is defeated or The Amba fight does. We all don’t want to get to that point, the casualties and losses will not be bearable..

iii. No third party, say an organization like the UN or a country may ever step in to assist or settle the crisis because Cameroon is a sovereign nation and no body is permitted to come into its governing system like that. So stop expecting a referendum or what...

With this facts and realities in place we can now face our problems ourselves and solve it and stop living in illusion. It’s already 4 years nothing has changed

3. What next I think we should do is to stand up and advocate for something together (Not supporting anyone). Not #EndTheWar or #WeNeedPeace or #EndAnglophoneCrisis. It will not happen like that; someone needs to give up or is defeat. Below I will list what we should advocate for

We need to stand for and advocate for;
- United Cameroon
- No need of Separation
- We can live together
- We don’t want an Ambazonia but a Cameroon
- We can end Amba and we all don’t have to die
- Marginalization is our problem and not separation.
Etc.

This campaign is different from a protest. It is more of a sensitization and spread the message as far as to all the villages in Cameroon. Let it get to the Ambas. Many can fighters will repent from this majority campaigns and leave the bushes as well as many militants will be...

The campaign, will be carried out through social media medium, posters, road banners, and also police permitted peaceful match

4. Next we need to elect active Leaders from these activities base on effectiveness and integrity on SC Ground. This Leadership may be what the government may consider to dialogue and related because the share similar interest (No secession).

4. We need to create what I call a “startup fund” for every every Amba Fight that repents and wants to integrate back to our society. It may be 100,000FCFA or more or less, depending. It may be cash, or we fund what will keep the person going in life afterwards.

This funding is very important because it will be incentive for these fight to drop their weapon know we are ready and happy to welcome them back. Most of these people are wondering how they will be able to integrate into our normal society that’s why they are still in the bushes

How do we then get the money to fund this? The elected or Appointed will Start Anglophone Crisis Recovery fundraising. Just imagine 1000cfa from 10,000youths it’s already 10,000,000CFA. With 100,000cfa per Amba, that is already 100 boys out of the bushes...

People may even donate much more and more people may engage than expected. The Government too may step in to finance it if the see it is effective.

Key thing here is;
- Secession is far from this solution
- This is maybe but it is not the solution to the real Anglophone problem (marginalization)
- It needs the collective effort of everyone. We should even involve francophone in the campaigns.
...

- Every part of this should be carried out with, compassion and love for our land, integrity and sincerity.

In conclusion, this may not be the perfect solution to the problem but I the summary of everything is we need to end secessionism in SC and get our brothers out of the bushes.
