@AsiwajuTinubu’s thread on #LekkiMassaccre makes one thing clear: there is a civil war brewing in APC

HERE IS MY THEORY.

The level of destruction that was carried out in Lagos through @OfficialAPCNg’s agents of war: Thugs, couldn’t av been muscled by people in @OfficialPDPNig
those ones have long lost the power, will and financial resources to effect any meaningful action in Lagos. Much less something as grandstanding and effectively/premeditatedly conducted as the rampage and destruction we witnessed the day after #LekkiMassaccre.

Secondly
those agents of destruction seemed to know what to destroy and how to go about it simultaneously, their numbers and determination to destroy was overwhelming. I don’t believe @OfficialPDPNig have enough boys or know the “King of boys” in every community in Lagos
to be able to have well coordinated attacks that massive. Why do I know it’s massive? Well because Mr @jidesanwoolu told Mr @femigbaja that N1tr would be needed to rebuild. Can you beat that. N1tr, LoL. Politicians and their looting/corrupt minds.

Thirdly
Areas that have the biggest “King of Boys” who have direct link to @AsiwajuTinubu do not have much or any incidence of destruction, aside road blocks mounted by the King of boys’s foot minions to extort motorists and occasionally some passerby.

Lastly Mr Tinubu’s
braggadocio while being interviewed by @ARISEtv reporter that he is still the Jagaban showed fear and not confidence in my opinion, because when a kings has to announce his own presence then it means he has lost the potency of his authority and respect.

So in conclusion
It is obvious that those who sponsored the attacks on Lagos are

1. Have the will, power and financial resources not in the hand of Lagos PDP (hell PDP can’t even fund the senatorial campaign of @BOGbadamosi). and they are aware through the power they have on @AsiwajuTinubu
either federal power or information power that they cannot be investigated much less prosecuted. And that Mr Tinubu won’t even dare implicate or mention them because they are or were partners in crime of “thugs sponsoring”.

2. They have equal and close access to the thugs as
Mr Tinubu and have the ability and power to use them. In fact some “lower King of Boys” don’t have access to Tinubu but have access to “smaller APC constituency/Local government level politicians”. And is anyone aware Mr Tinubu recently dissolved all groups in Lagos APC
including the very powerful Justice Forum and Mandate groups? Groups are where lower level politicians get their power and can effect changes that may not be supported by “Big Daddy”.

3. They control the “lower King of Boys” who can’t access Mr Tinubu, in facts
Mr Tinubu don’t know some of these “lower King of Boys” and so cannot call them to stop the carnage and his “Bigger King of Boys” cannot control the territories of these lower ones. Most of the Bigger King of Boys have become wealthy and in most cases are afraid of violence,
they control boys in their own territories basically through money by apportioning bus-stops and sub-territory contracting, most don’t even live in those areas anymore but only come few times in a month.

4. They are Mr Tinubu’s opponents in the same party who also desire
control and don’t like the high handedness and total control Mr Tinubu currently enjoys. They currently detest him for dissolving their groups where they could exercise control.

5. They have therefore, align themselves to the federal Hausa-Fulani controlled government hoping to
from there gain control of Lagos and by extension South-West.

We are seeing the drama and game of Awolowo and Akintola replaying itself. Humans don’t learn from history.

I do hope @AsiwajuTinubu learn however, because really “power corrupts, and absolute power
corrupt absolutely”

It is never too late for him to extinguish his burning house before he gets consumed in it. Time is tickling. 2023 is less than three years if he intends to achieve what Awolowo, Abiola, and Bola Ige could not achieve.

End of Part One (stay tuned)
