In 2020 they admitted that current brisk assessment processes are not reliable (so appropriate ones are just wishful thinking)

As Michael Biggs highlights the reason why "pre op" male prisoners were transferred to the female estate was not for their safety but because doctors decreed that female prisoners must be forced to provide therapeutic validation and diagnostic aid
