Starting with an update from Health Commissioner @DrTomFarley: Philly is seeing rising case counts, "what appears to be the beginning of a fall winter surge," Farley said.

- 340 new cases since yesterday
- 42,924 total confirmed cases
- 22 new probably cases from rapid tests
Last week, Philly averaged 296 new cases per day. That’s the highest weekly case count since the first week of May, @DrTomFarley says.
