Responding to Trump’s executive order on policing, DOJ has rolled out Standards of Certification for LEOs.

Mandates that LEOs adopt duty to intervene policies, but leaves a lot of flexibility on shooting at vehicles, warning shots, and no-knock warrants.

One post says the child -- who, again, was grabbed out of the back of a SUV after Philadelphia police officers smashed the vehicle's windows and beat the driver -- "became lost." ImageImageImage

It certainly seems like the FOP is serving up a particularly awful piece of propaganda that suggests this child’s parent/guardian left him wondering around the streets, when it seems like he was forcibly ripped from them.

Hoping the @PhillyInquirer can clear this one up.
The comments on that FOP Facebook post are just as awful as you’d imagine.
