MESSAGE
Since creation, we discover that behind every act of God is His Purpose. No act of God came by chance. He is purpose moved.
The first component of the will of God is divine purpose.
When you discover your purpose, it transforms you. When you discover the purpose of a person you are living with, it will transform your relationship with that person.
Married couples should labour to discover the purpose of God for their spouses. Parent should discover the purpose of God for their children. You should know the purpose of God in your businesses.
Discovery of purpose preserves one from sin. An example is Joseph;
the young man discovered his purpose at an early age of seventeen and that understanding preserved him. Your choices and decisions in life will determine what you’ll become or what you don’t become eventually.
Before you make a choice, you are the master of whatever you want to choose but as soon as you make the choice, your choice will become your master and control you. Therefore, you need to be careful as you make your choices in life.
Prayer Point: Glorious Father, lead me into the details of the purpose you have for my life. As you showed Joseph, show me Lord in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Food for thought: "Jesus said to them, My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me and to finish His work." John 4:34.
Brothers, if a man is overtaken in a fault, you the spiritual ones restore such a one in the spirit of meekness, considering yourself, lest you also be tempted. Bear one another's burdens, and so you will fulfill the Law of Christ. For if anyone thinks himself to be something,
being nothing, he deceives himself. But let each one prove his own work, and then he alone will have a boast in himself, and not in another. For each one will bear his own load.
