Abrimos hilo y repasamos los medios de unión que estabilizan la articulación de la #rodilla:
👉 Ligamento cruzado anterior (LCA)
👉 Ligamento cruzado posterior (LCP)
Son ligamentos intracapsulares pero extrasinoviales, que se cruzan en dirección anteroposterior y transversal🧵⤵️
👉 Ligamento colateral peroneo (fibular)
👉 Ligamento colateral tibial
Ambos ligamentos se tensan cuando la rodilla está en extensión, contribuyendo a la estabilidad durante la posición erguida.
👉 Ligamento rotuliano: constituye la parte distal del tendón de inserción del músculo cuádriceps.
👉 Cápsula articular
Se puede apreciar que está íntimamente unida al ligamento colateral tibial, pero claramente separada del ligamento colateral peroneo.
En la región posterior también nos encontraríamos con:
👉 Ligamento poplíteo oblicuo
👉 Ligamente poplíteo arqueado
