This has been the norm and has been forever. Glad people are looking at this now but where was everyone before this?

Don’t just stop at delivery fees.

Until there is a better solution, the best thing we can do for restaurants is encourage them to charge more for food.
Restaurants are the equivalent of wildebeests in the wild. Only real weapon we have is sticking together in large herds. Solidarity is more important than ever
Repeat don’t just stop at learning about food delivery. The whole restaurant ecosystem needs an overhaul: From rent, to archaic rules and regulations to employee benefits

Nothing will change for independent restaurants unless the consumer is willing to pay more for food

I feel so terrible for his family and his two sons. All the cooks and managers that worked under him. Easily one of the most beloved people in the business. He was criminally under appreciated, introduced so many new flavors and techniques to America. Tabla forever ❤️ #riceflakes
Floyd was one of my earliest supporters and he would saddle up at the old noodle bar with his sons and they would each order a bowl of spicy tripe. Feel terrible for dan kluger, will guidara and the entire tabla alumni. He was so loved
