One of the best ways to engage the youth and invest in them is to establish Youth Circles, Youth representing different genders, fields and age groups participate in a dialogue in a circle format; each participant has equal opportunity to express~

and share opinion to shape a solution or a policy. It promotes youth-centric dialogue across a variety of areas for sustainable engagement with Youth to shape innovative solutions for national issues. Youth Circles are forums to enable youth to express their opinions on societal~

issues and policy matters, and to synergize community impact and youth leadership. Each Youth Circle will seek to answer one central question through action oriented discussion and youth-inspired~recommendations.
This will help to engage with youth to know their aspirations,~

opinions and answers about a topic and to test the waters with youth and know their stand on upcoming policies and projects.
It also helps crowdsource ideas skills and potential talents to shape solutions and develop policies.

Youth Circles can be hosted by entities in both public and private sector. This will further enable the youth to meet with important personalities and respectable people in the society.
This initiative will go a long way in engaging our teeming youth population and give them a

chance to channel their expertise and ideas to the benefit of the nation.
I sincerely hope this idea is looked into and considered.
