Even in the midst of a global pandemic, CA voters are casting ballots in record numbers.

Millions have already voted like their rights depend on it, and we will be ready for whatever Election Day brings.

Here are three tips to keep in mind as we look ahead to Election Day:
1.) Every vote counts, so make sure you and everyone in your community has their ballot returned on time. Tomorrow, Tuesday 11/3 is the last day to return ballots.

You can safely return your ballot in-person...
...to a voting location, drop it into an official drop box, or by mail, so long as it is postmarked on or before Election Day.

If you have returned your ballot, you can track your ballot at ca.ballottrax.net to make sure it was received and counted.
2.) In CA, we have Same Day Voter Registration.

This means if you're eligible, you can still register and vote b/t now and Election Day. Californians can register at their county elections office or at one or more early voting locations that will be available in many counties.
Type in your zip code or county to find out the nearest location that offers Same Day Voter Registration: caearlyvoting.sos.ca.gov
3.) If someone is attempting to interfere with your or anyone's right to vote, it may be voter intimidation and a violation of state and federal law.

You should contact your local elections official to report the issue: sos.ca.gov/elections/voti…
You should also save the number for the Election Protection hotline and call/text if you witness voter intimidation in CA: 866-OUR-VOTE (687-8683).

The hotline is also available in other languages: Spanish 888-VE-Y-VOTA and Asian languages 888-API-VOTE.
The election isn’t over until every eligible voter’s ballot is counted.

It is unlikely that we will have clear results on Election Night, and that is okay. Be sure to follow us here for up to date information during the week of the election. #EveryVoteCounts
