UPDATE: the Puerto Rico Elections Commission President says photos tweeted by Charlie Delgado's campaign show boxes filled w/ 6,000 ballots & materials like pencils, & batteries. The boxes were at the election commissions operations center, not "hidden" the President said.
The President said the ballots will be counted.
Moreover, the elections commission President says a top official within the Delgado campaign knew the boxes were set aside to be sifted through. The commission doesn't understand why the campaign is making something out of this.
The tweet above from Delgado states that he intends to make an announcement about the boxes tomorrow.

A plan to pull Puerto Rico out of bankruptcy by 2021 hit a major obstacle when a new member that @POTUS appointed to @FOMBPR which oversees P.R.s finances rejected a debt restructuring proposal & left the meeting...leaving no quorum to approve the proposal apnews.com/article/donald…

Here, Justin Peterson tweets as to why he abruptly left the @FOMBPR meeting thereby leaving the the group without a quorum.

BREAKING: Two week stay at home order issued in El Paso county Texas, as well as two week shut down of all nonessential businesses due to coronavirus cases and hospitalizations that have hospitals at capacity and an overflow field hospital set up at the cities convention center.

NEWLY RELEASED: @FEMA mismanaged the distribution of commodities in response to Hurricanes Irma and Maria in Puerto Rico,” according to a report just released by the Inspector General. The findings are shocking. See thread below. oig.dhs.gov/sites/default/…
“FEMA lost visibility of about 38% of its commodity shipments to Puerto Rico, worth an estimated $257 million. Commodities successfully delivered to Puerto Rico took an average of 69 days to reach their final destinations.”

BREAKING: Grand jury indicts 1 officer on criminal charges 6 months after Breonna Taylor fatally shot by police in Kentucky. The charge is “wanton endangerment”, meaning act or an instance of putting someone or something in danger or exposure to peril or harm.
This charge is for shooting “a gun into an apartment.” The indictment, read by the judge, didn’t mention the Breonna Taylor’s initials, as a victim, but did mention the initials of 3 other individuals: CE, CN, & ZF.
The attorney general asked for bail to be set at 15,000 dollars
