Brazil $1.2b loan : In, 2018 @ProfOsinbajo launched Green Imperative Program - Nigeria - Brazil Agric Development & influenced by the More Food International Program of Brazilian Govt to maximize productivity of smallholder farms with provision of tractors.
2. The loan is from Development Bank of Brazil & Deutsche Bank. Insurance for the program will be provided by Islamic Corporation for Insurance of Export Credit under Islamic Development Bank ; Brazilian Guarantees &Fund Management Agency and will be coordinated by Getulio Vargas
3. Brazil launched a program called “
more food International Programme” & Nigeria decided to join under Nigeria - Brazil Bilateral in June 6, 2016. The interest rate is 3% for 15years and 2years moratorium from Deutsche Bank
4. 6 motor assembly plants will be reactivated. These plants will receive annual import of 5000tractors & other implements for a period of 10years. 632 mechanization services centers to support primary production in the 774LGAs and FCT including Gwarinpa
5. Private sector operators will manage all the service centers & assembly plants . No single money will exchange but equipment
6. The country as at today have only functional 7,000 tractors. So Brazil / Deutsche Bank / Islamic Bank will not ask you whether u are a Christian, moslem, PDP, APC , APGA but if you are competent, you apply to run the center and assembly. Money must be made
8. 100,000 extension workers will be trained and thousands will benefit indirectly. Follow govt and her agencies for more information. Brazil govt is just a guarantor . Benefit from this program guys& leave noise makers who are rich and wealthy. You will also join giveaway gang

@NigeriaGov should take a deep breath & communicate with citizens on internal reform of Police. Police should release minors that are currently detained in various stations as per ENDSARS protest. Allow them food & medicine. accelerate intervention approvals to reduce job losses
2. @PoliceNG IG should prepare a budget that will fund external human rights lawyers to re-train police via train the trainer course and quickly send it to President for his approval. This can be deducted from National Resources fund with understanding of leadership of NASS
3. @NigeriaGov should issue a timeline to @SalariesWages to complete their proposed wage increase by November 20 so as to be captured in the 2021 budget. We need to move fast and show genuine faith to the citizenry.

2023 is not far. Convert d gains of ENDSARS to a political party. U will open offices in 36 states & FCT plus 774LGAs. U have the numbers to wrestle power but u need to field candidates in Presidency, Governorship & NASS. Also, u need to have polling agents in all polling booths
2. Youths can donate their houses as party offices in their states . Youth can start paying levies so that u can advertise in major TV / radio stations, leaflets. You must conduct credible and transparent primaries for ur candidate. Time no dey . You need to strategize.
3. I see Youth Democratic Party beating APC and PDP in 2023 as they are moving forward to a new Nigeria . Once , YDP is in majority in NASS, they will dissolve NASS to one legislative house and reduce salaries and allowances. Youths will also ban weed and SK too

ENDSARS protester demanded prosecution of erring officers of disbanded SARS, govt accepted. Judicial panel set up. Is there any one monitoring the panel ? All the groups should come together & work to achieve d implementation of 5of5 demands . It is time you leave the street now
2. Look at Ekiti State, @TanimolaKolade raised a point against @ekitistategov that the youths in the panel was not acceptable or did not participate in the ENDSARS movement. Can you blame the govt when you do not have arrow head to deal with. D youth should nominate their own
3. After protest , you will still come back to the table . Time to sit down and implement action plan to see to the closure and punishment of the offenders

May I appeal to IG @PoliceNG to keep all defunct SARS officers in state police command officers mess until all States Judicial panel clear / send them to jail. Judicial panel should not be looking for them & use that tactics to delay the panel. It is time u prepare ur petition
2. @raufaregbesola should issue a circular directing immigration to deny current and former SARS officers from traveling abroad . Withdraw their passports. 3. IG should recall former SARS officers and accommodate them in a safe place for d purpose of appearing at the panel.
4. For those fleeing SARS officers , active and retired , AGF should obtain a court order compelling banks to put in place PND on their accounts. AGF can plead “ national security “ CBN should also monitor banks for compliance as well as other anti graft agencies

Una dey fear China loan but we need $15bn to connect Eastern rail line. From our own N78b Port Harcourt to Maiduguri. It will pass several states including Abia Rwanda, Imo, Enugu, Ebonyi, Anambra, Benue, Nasarawa, plateau, Bauchi , Gombe & Yobe. Do u still want China loan ba?
