Philadelphia county is expected to have a total of about 820,000 votes. If Biden maintains his current margin (79-20) he'd NET about 140k votes, meaning... we are approaching the point where this county alone puts Biden in the lead.
And there's also places like Montgomery and Chester counties where Biden is beating Trump by 25 and 18 points respectively. That puts Biden over the top easily if - and it's a big if - the margins hold.

Per the Secretary of State in PA, there are 84,896 remaining ballots to be counted in Philly. If Biden holds his 80-20 margin there, he nets 51k from this one county alone.

In the *mail-in* data dumps from Philly (all of the remaining votes are mail-in) Biden has been winning 90%.

That batch was all from Cumberland - a county Trump is winning by 11% overall. This is horrible news for Trump.
