The mental health burden was always there as many of us will agree
1 in 5 people do suffer from mental illness at some time in their life time
The corona pandemic and the global stress, the loss of routine, economic stressors have triggered those who were at the brink to experience the full extent of their symptoms..
It has also allowed many to seek help which stigma and their own inhibitions would have prevented them from seeking help..
In fact corona has been a blessing in disguise to many who have a found a safe space to seek help...
