Here’s where things stand at 6:40 am ET.
*Joe Biden erases Donald Trump’s lead in Georgia. Biden now up by 1,096 votes.
*Trump’s lead in Pennsylvania shrinks to 18,229. Over 160,000 ballots uncounted.
*Biden still leads in Ariz. by 1.6% and Nevada by 0.9%
*Georgia officials say 10,000 absentee ballots are still uncounted, including 4,800 in Gwinnett County.
*Biden holds a very comfortable, 18-percentage-point lead in Gwinnett.

For anyone wondering, Georgia elections fall under the purview of Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

According to @FiveThirtyEight’s @micahcohen, about 190,150 ballots are left to be counted in Nevada.

170,000 are from Clark County, where Biden has held an 8-point advantage.

If the existing leads hold, Biden wins with 286 electoral votes. If (when) Pennsylvania flips blue, Biden’s EVs go to 306.

*Fun fact: Donald Trump also won 306 EVs in 2016. But history records that 2 “faithless electors” defected from Trump.

The networks’ decision desks haven’t call the race, but all of the anchors are signaling that it’s over and that Biden has won.
This is an important point from @NYTnickc. If Biden is the clear winner in Pennsylvanias from the votes that arrived on Election Day or before, the question of late-arriving ballots won’t come before the US Supreme Court.
PENNSYLVANIA UPDATE:

*Joe Biden’s lead continues to grow. He’s now leading Donald Trump by 6,817 votes.
*Sec/State’s office says 163,000 mail-in votes are yet to be counted, including 36,584 in Allegheny County, aka the Pittsburgh area.

Right now: PA Secretary of State Kelly Boockvar:
“The strength of the integrity of this vote is unparalleled.”
“No matter how you chose to vote this year…every method is incredibly safe and secure."
Earlier in the day Secretary of State Boockvar seemed a bit more confident in Pennsylvania’s ability to declare a winner today. She points out that the closer the race, longer it takes to do the count.
Asked about the personal safety of herself and her staff, PA Sec/State Boockvar says: "We have security. We make sure we are safe.”

Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kelly Boockvar tells @CNN that the state will have the “overwhelming majority” of ballots counted today. We may know today whether Biden or Trump won the state.
*550,000 ballots are left to count.
*“It’s looking like we’re ahead of schedule."
Sec. of State says 550,000 votes are left to count in Pennsylvania. Donald Trump’s lead there is 114,000. But Joe Biden has been chipping away at that number for the past 24 hours.

Approaching 6 pm, here are a few updates:
*Trump's margin in Pennsylvania falls below 5 percent. Tons of uncounted votes in Philly.
*Trump’s Georgia margin now at 1.4 percent, with plenty of Dem votes left to count.
*Fox News count has Biden within 6 electoral votes of victory.
*DeKalb County, Georgia, is still showing 89 percent counted, which means a significant number of ballots are outstanding.

A lot of attention now on Arizona:
*AP and Fox News called it for Biden last night.
*Biden holds lead of 93,500 votes.
*Arizona Republic reports that 600,000 ballots remain to be counted.
*Most of those ballots are in Maricopa County, which Biden leads.
