This article says it was partly funded by the man who's businesses were raided by the FBI in the US, and lists him as the President of the European Jewish Union.

It's now called EJP, an NGO founded Spring of 2011 by the Ukrainian Oligarch who's business was raided in the US, & Vadim Rabinovich. Goal is to establish a European Jewish Parliament as part of the EU, comprising 120 members modeled on Israeli Knesset.

These have to be the 11 million India Troll Farm accounts that Joe Biden purchased for his campaign. Look at the Nihilist message they are all promoting.
