NEW — Russia and Turkey have signed a contract for the supply of the second batch of S-400s, Rosoboronexport general director Alexander Mikheev said.

• Financial models for the payment are currently discussed
• Turkey paid $2.5bn for the first contract for 4 divisions — Ria
Turkey has received only two divisions of S-400s in 2019 which cost around $1.3billion.

• Second batch of S-400s, which is two additional divisions that would cost $1.2 billion, would now will be on its way to Turkey once the payment is secured.

Here is another comment from a Russian official says the deal for S-400s with Turkey would be signed for next year.

Probably the financial deal would take another year to be completed
