Pag-IBG VP Karin-Lei Franco Garcia says they are offering a calamity loan for those affected by disasters such as recent typhoons.

Pag-IBIG: Para sa mga lugar na apektado ni bagyong #RollyPH, nakikipag-ugnayan po kami sa mga local governments para makapagpatayo ng service desk doon.

Pag-IBIG says they are accepting applications from people not just affected by Super Typhoon #RollyPH but also other disasters like Typhoon #QuintaPH.

Pag-IBIG: For our calamity loan program, may automatic kaming 3 months na grace period for settling amortizations.

Pag-IBIG: Pwede kayong mag-apply para sa calamity loan sa lahat ng aming tanggapan.

Can those with pre-existing loans still avail of the calamity loan?

Pag-IBIG: Pwede pong ma-avail ng calamity loan, pero kailangan po natin makita kung magkano ang loan proceedings na pwede mabigay sa inyo.

Pag-IBIG says they are offering a second 60-day grace period in line with Bayanihan 2.

Pag-IBIG on special housing loan restructuring program: Layunin po nito mapababa ang monthly amortization ng inyong loan. Pwedeng pahabain ang period na magbabayad kayo, o babaan ang inyong interest.

Pag-IBIG: We are waiving penalties if you are approved for this special program.

Pag-IBIG: This program is only available until December 15, kaya hinihikayat namin ang aming mga members na may housing loan na mag-apply rito.

Pag-IBIG: Ang kailangan lang po namin makita ay housing loan records ng member. If your last payment was in August 2019, qualified kayo to avail of this program.

Pag-IBIG on applying for calamity loan: Kailangan makita namin na either nakatira o nakatrabaho ka sa area under a state of calamity.

Pag-IBIG on difference between multi-purpose and calamity loans: Ang pinagkaiba nila ay interes. 5.95% ang interest ng calamity loan, pinakamababa ito na interest.

Pag-IBIG on availing of their calamity loan: Up to 80% loan ng kanilang hulog ang pwedeng hiramin ng mga miyembro.

How can members apply for the calamity loan?

Pag-IBIG: Ang pinakamadali po ay online, through our virtual platform. Ang pinaka-importante pong requirement ay cash card, na pwedeng Pag-IBIG loyalty card plus o yung sa Land Bank o UCPB. (1/2)
