Since I am from Bihar and lived there till my 12th , I am really keen to share my experience of the dark 90’s era.

Tajaswi might be different since he is young and energetic but his party RJD has ruined the childhood of many like me who has spent their school days in 90’s Bihar
I am talking about Patna , Forget about being rich , Bihar was not safe even for the Middle class people. Imagine a kid of class 5 fearing about being kidnapped and murdered .
If we don’t use to return home till 7pm or before getting sunset , our parents used to think that either we are kidnapped or murdered . Forget about watching a night show . For us 12-3 or 3-6 movie shows exists . There was no concept of 6-9 or 9-12 !
When the kids of same age group like me used to roam free in Delhi Mumbai Jaipur , we didn’t even know that in other parts of India parents do send their kids for night stay at their friends place .
For us home-school - coaching was the life cycle . ‘Bahut hua toh nani ghar’ .
Shopping malls , multiplexes , hang out places never existed for us . We had no idea that these things even exists .

The neighbourhood golagappa wala was the maximum we can thought of .
My parents were in government job and trust me there were times when they didn’t get salaries for straight 5-6 months . Thanks to the saving nature of our parents , we survived those black days .
We did not know till so many years that there are other brands of cars than Maruti and Tata .
Middle class used to drive 800 and the dabang people drives Tata Sumo .
If a Maruti van passes from near by , we used to get scared . “Koi kidnap nahi kar le”.
Can you imagine even before buying a cycle our parents used consider that we shouldn’t look even middle class while cycling on the road , so we don’t come in the eyes of kidnappers .
The only reason we bihari’s work hard and study hard was not that we loved to study but we knew that if we don’t study , there is nothing we can do in that state except to open a PCO booth or photocopy shop .
The only agenda of our life was to study and leave that place . For me coming to Delhi was no less than getting a second life .

Life in 90’s Bihar was beautiful because of our parents and friends ! State sucked .
I just know that in last 15 years things have changed a lot . We have IIT , NIFT , AIIMS , NIT , National Law University. Unemployment must be an issue but the youths who wanted the change never lived the 90’s Bihar .
I just hope , Bihar have voted wisely and they know what’s good and bad for them .

I still love my state and wants to see the youth of Bihar staying and working to make the state great again !

All the best for the result day !
