Williams just said, we have to do more, days after he approved a plan to do less. I don't know, man.
The upshot of that press conference is Ontario is trying to triage the hardest hit parts of its already-strained hospital system, and redirect epidemic response, and offer some education on rules for business, which are clearly top priority, as it loosens restrictions.
