BREAKING: PAGASA places more Luzon areas under Signal No. 2 as #UlyssesPH intensifies into a severe tropical storm. cnn.ph

At 7pm, the center of Severe Tropical Storm #UlyssessPH was estimated at 425 km east of Daet, Camarines Norte with maximum sustained winds of 95 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 115 kph.
