[As of 8am] Typhoon #UlyssesPH weakens and is about to leave the landmass of Luzon, according to PAGASA. Image
PAGASA: #UlyssesPH is forecast to emerge over the western seaboard of Zambales within the next hour.
PAGASA: The center of the eye of the typhoon was located in the vicinity of Cabangan, Zambales, packing winds of up to 130 kph and gustiness of up to 215 kph. It continues to move west northwestward at 30 kph.
