Skimming the latest lawsuit in Mighigan brought by #LawyersForTrump. Specifically Articia Bomer who is identified in the complaint as a "challenger", but in media as a "poll watcher." She gave a sworn affidavit alleging a number of things observed during vote counting 1/
She alleged that workers "rolled their eyes" when they encountered votes for Trump & "believes" votes for Trump were not counted. She doesn't say she actually saw that happen, just the she believes it. Oh, and somebody called her a racist name 2/
Finally, she was removed & not allowed to serve as a challenger. I'll take the last one first. She was a candidate for House in Michigan 13th. Mich SOS guidelines specifically bar candidates from being challengers/poll watchers in elections in which they are on the ballot 3/
So she was breaking the law being there & her allegations are based on "belief" with zero articulated factual observations supporting them. Who are these #LawyersForTrump & where did they get their legal 'educations'? 4/
Finally, if I were someone like @marceelias it would be useful to get her on the stand & explore her other 'beliefs' like 'elite National Guard' units, secret recounts, & missing secret unbreakable watermarks involving blockchain technology
