Lawsuit filed in Wayne County Michigan:

GOP poll watchers "physically pushed away from counting tables by elections officials"

After moving computer monitor out of view, election worker told poll watcher, "too bad."

"Many challengers witnessed Wayne County election officials covering the windows of the TCF Center...so that observers could not observe the ballot counting process."

Poll watchers testified "they were intimidated, threatened, and harassed by election officials"

Poll watcher harassed and called a "racist name" by Wayne County election worker.

Another watcher was called an "obscene name."

Another was "the target of racist comments" including an election worker asking, "What gives you the right to be here since you are not American?"

Poll challenger saw Democrats distributing packets entitled, "Tactics to Distract GOP Challenger."

Election official tried to intimidate by saying a police SWAT team was "waiting outside if Republican challengers argued too much."

"Election officials at the TCF Center in Detroit participated in the intimidation experienced by Republican challengers when election officials would applaud, cheer, and yell whenever a Republican challenger was ejected from the counting area."

"Illegal and ineligible ballots were counted"

"There is a difference between a ballot and a vote. A ballot is a piece of paper. A vote is a ballot that has been completed by a citizen registered to vote who has the right to cast a vote & has done so in compliance w/election law"

Challengers play an important role to ensure honesty and fairness in elections.

"Many challengers testified that their challenges to ballots were ignored and disregarded" in Wayne Co.

Poll challenger: "ballots with votes for Trump were separated from other ballots."

"I witnessed election workers open ballots with Donald Trump votes and respond by rolling their eyes and showing it to other poll workers."

Another challenged 35 ballots that had no voter record in poll book.

"His challenge was ignored and disregarded."

When another attempted to challenge ballots, an election worker told her challenges were no longer being accepted because the "rules 'no longer applied.'"

"Ineligible ballots were counted -- some multiple times."

"batches of ballots were repeatedly run through the vote tabulation machines"

"I believe some of these workers were changing votes that had been cast for Donald Trump and other Republican candidates."

"Many challengers stated the ballot number on the ballot did not match the number on the ballot envelope, but when raised a challenge, those challengers were disregarded...by election officials, not recorded, & the ballots were processed & counted."

Watcher told to "get away."

Challengers observed ballots "being counted where there was no signature or postmark on the ballot envelope."

🚨🚨 "60% or more of ballot envelopes in a batch bore the same signature" 🚨🚨

Flagrant violation of law.

Challengers observed "spoiled ballots being counted" and "over-votes"

Another observed "poll workers adding marks to a ballot where there was no mark for any candidate."

Another challenger saw "passengers in cars dropping off more ballots than there were people in the car."

Election workers at Detroit Department of Elections office seen "handing t-shirts and food to voters in cars."

Worker also seen accepting ballot after 8 p.m. on Election Day

"Ballots were pre-dated"

Poll worker "told to change the date on ballots to reflect that the ballots were received on an earlier date."

Instructed to "change the date ballots were received...so that...ballots received after 8 p.m. on Election Day could be counted."

Ballots deposited in ballot drop boxes in Detroit after 8 p.m. on Election Day

Dominion Voting Systems "were shown to miscount votes cast for President Trump and Vice President Pence and instead count them for the Biden-Harris ticket."

Dominion used in 47 Michigan counties, including Wayne County

Dominion responsible for "massive miscount"

Sec. Benson (D) not giving adequate answer, opposes transparency

"What would have happened if no one 'discovered the error,' for instance, in Wayne Co., where...reg. voters is much greater [&] tabulators were not individually tested"?

"Wayne county tested only a single one of its vote tabulating machines before the election.

"Trump campaign asked Wayne co to have an observer physically present to witness the process. Wayne county denied...

"Tabulator issues occurred elsewhere in Michigan..."

"In Oakland County, Democrat Melanie Hartman was wrongly declared the winner of commissioner's race by a 104-vote margin. A computer issue at Rochester Hills clerk's office caused them to double-count some votes."

GOP candidate actually won the race by 1,127 votes

With egregious errors like this already discovered, why wouldn't Democrats want to take a second look? 🤔
