Important points from the interview in the thread below:

1. This is a joint statement, not an agreement - Pashinyan in an interview with the Public TV Channel of Armenia
2. The main factor in signing the joint statement is that if I had not signed it, Stepanakert would have been captured, and 20-30 thousand soldiers would have been surrounded - Pashinyan
3. You ask why I didn’t discuss this with parliament or someone else. The decision had to be made in a matter of hours - Pashinyan

(N.B. Armenia has a parliamentary system)

1/4 A well-informed fighter from Artsakh, Avetaranots native who has had many roles in the government apparatus gives his assessment of the situation. I have been following this person for some time and he has been the author of more than one video since the beginning of the war.

The he drives his way up from Stepanakert towards Shushi to find the last checkpoint before Shushi.
