Nurse Ajibola: Traumatization and Victimization by OOUTH Nursing department-Management
“I want to use this opportunity to inform all well meaning Nigerians and our vibrate Professional Nurses around the globe of the serial *Victimization and brutalization I have been subjected
to since 2018. I became the unit chairman of University Graduates of Nursing Science Association (UGONSA), State UGONSA Secretary and unit Treasurer of National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives (NANNM).
Before this, I have been dutiful towards my patients and my
fellow colleagues since 2006 I got employed into OOUTH
I have never had any misunderstanding with any one during these period of earnestly discharging my duties till date.
I was surprised that I am now being subjected to various physical, psychological and financial assaults
by Mrs Enaholo the director of Nursing services (DDNS) and Mr Awoyomi A.A the director of Administration (DA) over Nursing Association matter that required justice.
To state the details of my ordeal, otherwise everything was fine before I became the unit @nannm_nigeria Treasurer
State UGONSA Secretary and unit Chairman.
Immediately, I was elected as unit NANNM Treasurer, and on assumption to the office, handing over was done but without any documents like income and expenditure book, vouchers and impress book.
I then requested for them, since then they took me as enemy and treated me badly which prompted me to petition Mrs Ogundein for threatening to slap me.
Again I was removed from the Nurses WhatsApp platform on the 23rd of August 2019, thereby cutting me off from our members who
voted for me because I complained of not being allowed to ask question after 3 and half hours of meeting with *DDNS Enaholo* and *CNO Adekambi* shouted at me.
Through another means possible I was able to reach our Nurses who elected me to represent their interest as Treasurer.
To better our Nursing profession, I joined Anti-Quack Group on 22nd Dec, 2019.
The coordinator of the group honoured my contributions towards Nursing growth by inviting me to a live program on OGTV on the 13th Jan, 2020 to speak on “effects of quackary” in Nursing in Ogun.
All my life, justice for Nurses is what I always agitate for, and that has put me in danger & their black book
I invited UGONSA & NGA to help us intervene to make degree count in Nursing & promote graduate Nurses to ADNS, DDNS & DNS positions respectively
and he instructed the DDNS Enaholo, State NANNM Chairman Mrs Solarin and unit NANNM Chairman Mrs Ogundehin to return me to OOUTH Nurses WhatsApp platform and to make provisions to promote graduate Nurses on CNO to ADNS, DDNS & DNS respectively.
But since the 22nd of April, 2020
that the president instructed them till now they refused to honour his instructions.
The victimizations continued after DDNS Enaholo threatened me for agitating for justice for our Nurses and directed some elders to call ”my husband” to warn me to keep shut on CNOs case.
I was to commence annual leave on the 22nd of July, 2020 but I was made to be on duty by Nurse elders and later made roster for me to commence leave on the 27th of July, 2020.
I communicated this to the management with evidence even though I was trying to protect my department.
I was surprised that the Director of Administration Mr A.A Awoyomi still deducted about #25,000 of my salary which I cannot ascertain the exact amount because it was not made known to me
On the 3rd of September,2020 I had a major Operation at Babcock University Teaching Hospital
and I spent a huge amount of money without management checking on me not to talk of paying my hospital bill. Instead they effected the deduction on my money.
On 31 of August we fixed a general meeting before I became sick.
I intended the meeting to be shifted but one of the CNO
advised against shifting it, that my vice Chairman can hold the meeting or Secretary, I obliged
I was called by the PRO & Secretary that the house requested for another meeting on the 4th September & I told them to present burning issues of lack of promotion among other things.
On the 4th September,2020 I was shocked & surprised to hear that the executive members & Mrs Adeleke was said to move the motion to dissolve the UGONSA executives in OOUTH on the premises DDNS did not want me there as the OOUTH UGONSA Unit Chairman and OOUTH did not recognize us
this gross illegality was done in my absentia on the 1st Day Post Op of my surgery at Babcock University Teaching Hospital.
This Was The Message They Sent Me On My Sick Bed.
“Attention!! Attention!! Attention.
Following the conclusion from the general meeting held on 31st Aug
2020. This is to formally inform you that OOUTH UGONSA executive house had been dissolved dated this day 4th September 2020
When others are creating more Powerful associations to fight their course & uplift their profession through alliance & synergies,
NurseLeaders are dissolving their association unilaterally for selfish & unprofessional reasons to drag the Noble Profession to the mud & keep us all
in permanent darkness, too sad.
Going forward on September and October 2020, I decided to defend Nurse Prince Tega who was being victimized for pertaking in legitimate strike action called by NLC and NANNM.
I tried to beg unit NANNM to prevail on the issue and free prince all
was of no avail and also informed state NANNM Chairman Mrs Solarin.
On the 5th October,I was invited for an online radio interview program on the Nurses Arise radio about my Activism and Unionism life and my impact in people’s lives especially Nursing Community.
Tega’s issue was raised and I said the truth about his case for justice to reign even I was still recuperating from the surgical operation.
I was surprised to be given query letter on the 3rd November,2020 by Mr A. A. Awoyomi the director of Administration for granting an online
nurse’s radio interview program to discuss Nurses association matter as it affects our members.
I replied within 24 hours as expected of me.
To worsen the whole situation the case of prince Tega is still in the court and they gave me another letter today 11th November, 2020 to
appear before panel set up by my intimidators and oppressions
Please save my soul and family for these unwarranted Victimizations
Thanks
Please Note as all efforts to get correspondence with the other parties proved abortive as they declined COMMUNICATION on the subject matters

Video of a 29-year-old infected with the bacteria Vibrio Cholera.
He ate contaminated food and drank contaminated water 24 hours prior to admission and presented at the emergency room with the worst projectile watery diarrhea that quickly became voluminous.
He also had an low grade fever, abdominal cramps, and distention of loops of small bowel as a result of the large volume of intestinal secretions.
Cholera is both endemic and epidemic, and both have a seasonal pattern. Drinking contaminated water is the major source of
infectivity and transmission, and cholera becomes an epidemic when crowded conditions such as refugee camps are established.
This illness is also spread through humans making skin contact with contaminated water from human feces.
