Now that we've made it, we can begin plotting our march to the final. There are five possible routes.
The venues could change if the tournament, as rumoured, gets changed to one host, but for now lets stick with the scenario currently on offer.
Group winners
The group winner then goes to Dublin to face the runners up in Group F. This is the toughest route, as Group F has Germany, France, Portugal & Hungary in it.
After that it's Rome - probably against Group E's winner (Spain?), then the semis & final are at Wembley.
The runners up travel to Copenhagen, but they don't face a group winner. They play the runners up in Group E.
Spain, Sweden, Poland and Slovakia are the possible opponents.
Win that and it's off to St Petersburg - probably to face the Group F winners.
Four of the six third-place teams qualify. Here's how the third place table looked at Euro 2016.
Four points should guarantee third. Three would depend on goal difference. Ideally, our best chance is to beat the Czechs by at least two goals, otherwise we'd need a draw somewhere.
Where we go then depends on which third place teams qualify. There are 10 possible scenarios.
Five of them have us going to Budapest to face the Group C winners. Netherlands, Ukraine, Austria, North Macedonia.
Win and it's a trip to Baku to face the runners up from A or B.
Three of the 10 scenarios would mean we stay at Hampden, where we'd face the Group E winners. Again, you imagine this would be Spain.
After that it's the same route as if we had won the group. So Rome against potentially England again, or France, Portugal, Germany.
Easy.
Two of the 10 third-place scenarios would be against the Group B winners in Bilbao. So Belgium, Denmark, Finland or Russia.
Wn and it's Munich against probably Group A's winners (Italy, Wales, Turkey, Switzerland).
So essentially, we'll lose to Czech Republic, beat England at Wembley, then on a nervy night at Hampden draw with Croatia to finish 3rd.
We'll face Netherlands in Budapest in the new 67,000 capacity Puskas Arena, meet the Welsh in Baku, then fill Wembley twice & life the trophy.
