*will be 🙄

We produced actual evidence of voter fraud. 2 cases. Both R’s.

After 2 weeks, why can’t they even produce 1 single case of voter fraud?

Why doesn’t their lawsuit mention my Luzerne dude trying to have his dead mom vote for Trump?

That’s *actually* fraud.
Ok let’s do a poll: YOUR favorite Pennsylvania voter fraud case is:
It’s “ returns in sunglasses” vs Forty Fort man.

I was a taker. 👋😟

Actually, we had two documented cases of voter fraud in PA. They both involved Republicans voting for either dead or living relatives.

I even let my Texas colleague know.

Easy money? ☹️

I’m waiting for our $2M from Lieutenant Governor Patrick. 🥺💰

The race may be over, but the political norm the current President will likely shred is former Presidents retreating into a quiet, private life.

Difference + effect between lame-duck Trump + private citizen Trump will be negligible. His address will change but not the impact.
Like polling failed to accurately quantify, we also lack the capacity to predict what effect on our political system when the President almost certainly will shred this remaining norm; leaving office with the largest microphone 🎙 in the world + 73M people who voted for him.
Said it before the election, and say it again, underestimate him at our peril.

I spent the last 3 days touring 🟥 PA and it’s *extraordinary*.

It’s a fact: we’ve *never* had a former President use their platform to sow chaos+grievance. Social media is new to this dynamic.

Let me be 💯 clear:

Over 6M votes cast, there’s exactly 2 cases of criminal voter fraud in PA.

👉 Luzerne Republican voting for a dead mom 👵🏻💀🗳

👉 Chester Republican voting for a live democrat son. 👨🏻‍🦲👩🏻‍🦲🗳

10 days of every Republican frenetically searching: TWO CASES.
This must end.

Math >> Lies
I don’t know who needs to hear this but, aside from the epic, ironic, hilarity of these two episodes of voter fraud, it powerfully + conclusively demonstrates HOW HARD it is to commit voter fraud and the SYSTEM WORKS.

Hey @DanPatrick it’s me again. 🙄

You wanted voter fraud, so here’s a *new* one: Republican father voted, then returned “in sunglasses” to vote for his Democrat son in Chester County.

Two cases out of 6M+ votes in PA.

My dude, isn’t that $2M now?

So far, PA can confirm:

2 cases. ✅

2 Republicans. ✅

Cowboys *still* blow. ✅

“Thurman (R) returned to the precinct, this time wearing sunglasses, identified himself as his son (D). He again signed the voter log, given a ballot, + proceeded to vote”

Giggle. 🤭
Also, Governor, we will *not* be doing a recount in PA because Joe Biden won by more than the .5% runoff threshold and there was NO fraud, well except the Republican son voting for his dead mom in Luzerne and a Republican dad voting for his living son in Chester.

About that $2M?

Corry Sanders won a McKeesport council seat in 2015. He was denied due to a 1993 drug conviction. As a candidate, I called for his pardon.

2016, I lost. 2018, he was denied.

2019, I took over the Board of Pardons + got it to Governor Wolf’s desk.

PA believes in a 2nd Chance.
We spend billions on punishment, we must allow for more forgiveness + redemption.

Genuinely looking forward to seeing what he does for his community.

Every soul named in this brilliant @samanthamelamed article condemned to die in prison -but never took a life- cited as evidence of bleakest commutation chances are *now* free or heading to Governor Wolf’s desk for signature.
