We need to look further into Scytl ownership considering their businesses are involved with integrating data analytics into traditional mail delivery services.

For example: Paragon Group now owns Service Point Solutions and therefore Scytl. 
Paragon has data centers (Celerity) in US as well as other businesses.
One of their cos is involved in "Critical Mail Continuity Services" etc.

Another example of the type of work they conduct globally.
Could be nothing but if you consider the ramifications..
